Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to swim, running or yoga because these exercises are good for increase muscle mass and lose weight. Other people like to stay healthy by eating cereals, vegetable and fish. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise your and eat right.

For example, I like to swim, running and yoga. The reason I like to swim is because I love being in the water. I also front crawl round trip 10 times.I especially like to go swimming in the summer.

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat vegetable, fish and nut at least one time a week.The vegetables help gastrointestinal motility and defecation. The fish-rich fish oil contains omega-3, which can effectively improve blood pressure problems. The nuts contain vitamin B, which may fight chronic diseases associated with aging. I also eats vegetables everyday.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fast food, instant noodles or carbonated drinks. Because those are high-fat foods, they may cause obesity. It will also increase the burden on the kidneys and liver, and increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Eating too much can also cause digestive problems.

In conclusion, exercise and healthy eating are the best ways to stay healthy. And you also need to have a regular schedule. To avoid junk food.
